- To treat each yacht as if it were
our own, and each owner as we would expect ourselves;
- To provide reliable professional
yacht delivery service in the shortest possible time,
according to an agreed schedule and in keeping with
prudent operation. We will knowingly hazard no vessel;
- To deliver each vessel in Bristol
Fashion - thoroughly mechanically checking and washing
each vessel at the end of each day’s operation,
and tolerating no build-up of salt or “waterway
grime”;
- To provide a written syllabus for
each aspect of operational training, and to remain
engaged to the point of the client’s thorough
understanding of the material.
- To provide complete logs and expense
records of the yacht delivery operation promptly.
- To provide all services at competitive
prices and assure clients of total satisfaction.
We will:
- Work in a drug free atmosphere
and participate in a national random drug screening
program.
- Deliver our services in a manner
consistent with the highest professional standards,
including arriving to the assignment on time, dressing
appropriately, behaving courteously, and being fully
prepared to the yacht deliver services to which committed.
- Describe our services to our clients
fully and candidly, including the scope, risks, limitations,
and expected outcomes. We will faithfully adhere to
the description of services and not deviate therefrom
without a clear and logical rationale for doing so.
- Adhere to all local, state, and
federal and federal laws at all times while engaging
in our professional services, including maintaining
licenses, permits and papers as required by law and/regulation.
